In July, the Mova team came together in Birmingham for our annual summer team builder, an important opportunity for us to spend time together away from the day-to-day.
Over the two days, the team took part in a range of activities designed to encourage collaboration, creativity and teamwork. One of the highlights was working together to create a vibrant piece of graffiti artwork, with colleagues bringing different skills, ideas and perspectives to achieve a shared goal.
From planning the design, to mixing the perfect Mova purple, the activity helped bring our CIRCLE values to life. It showcased collaboration as colleagues worked together, leadership and commitment through everyone’s contribution, and respect and empathy as ideas were shared and valued. By combining expertise, creativity and care, the team created something meaningful together. The finished artwork now takes pride of place in our office as a lasting reminder of the culture we continue to build and what makes Mova such a special place to work.
